How to replacing a HPS by LED corn light?


Shenzhen Zhongpu special designed LED corn lights that allows you to replace the High Pressure Sodium for your existing lighting fixtures.
Retrofit a HPS bulb by LED corn bulb is very easy. No need ballast.
Our LED corn lights 20W-100W are designed to screw into the existing lamp holder/ socket with E26/E27/E39/E40 bases, it is the best to choice to retrofit high bays, low bays, walkway lighting, flood lights, canopy lighting, street lights, garden light, wall washers and more.
The only thing you need to pay attention is check the LED corn bulb size to make sure your existing lighting fixture large enough to install it.

What are the steps to retrofit HPS with our LED corn light bulb?

1. Turn off the power to the existing light fixture.

2. Remove the bulb and ballast from existing light fixture

3. Install the LED driver in the location of the HPS ballast. Wire the driver to the input wire as follow picture:

4. The LED corn light bulb should just screw into the socket.

5. Turn the power back on.

Note: Do not use dimmer, electronic switches or remote controls for corn LED light bulb.
