1.  Are you a factory? Where is your factory?
  Re: Yes, 100% sure we are a factory, not a trading or assembling company.
 Our factory located in Shenzhen of China mainland ( close to Shenzhen Air Port, around 30 minute driving).
 
2. What kind of OEM do you provide?
  Re: Print your company name and logo on the led light, customize outer packing box
 
3. Can I have samples to test?
Re: Yes, welcome to order sample for evaluation before the bulk order.
 
4. What's the payment method you accept?
Re: Usually by T/T,  Western Union and Paypal is accept for small order.
 
5. How about the warranty?
Re:  Normally, offer 5 years warranty.
We do free replacement if the product has any quality issue within the warranty time.
 
6.What is  Delivery Time?
Re:  Normally, 3-5 working day for sample order, 2-3 weeks for bulk order, we’ll reply the delivery time order by order.
Special arrangement for special order and urgent order.


7. What is your shipping method?
Re: UPS,DHL,Fedex,TNT or EMS or Shipping by Air; Vessels by Sea or Domestic Shipping.
